• - No return, refund, or cancellation is allowed
• - Exchange is only applicable in case of damaged products
• - To claim exchange, you must:
• - Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package
• - Show the damage clearly in the video
• - Without an unboxing video, exchange requests will not be accepted
